Determinants of Diarrhea in Toddlers at Post-Declaration Open-Defecation-Free Area

Kudus District Health Office in 2020 reported that diarrhea was still the main cause of post-neonatal and toddler mortality even though had become an Open Defecation Free (ODF) 2019. The highest case finding working area Gondosari Center at 22.9% increase 20.8% compared to previous year. Aim: find out determinants incidence after ODF declaration work Center, Regency. Method: this type research is analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design obtained December 2021. number samples 71 purposive sampling technique. instrument used questionnaire sheet observation sheet. Data analysis Chi-Square Fisher tests. Result: results showed quality latrine facilities (RP=1.9 p=0.112), PAMRT (RP=1.0 p=1,000), PLCRT (RP=3.1 p=0.001), drinking water sources (RP= 1.1 p=0.986, microbiological (RP=4.0 p=0.026). Conclusion: there relationship between children under five area. It hoped government will seek better source development program for community regular monitoring areas.
